中國游泳協(xié)會一貫堅持對使用興奮劑“零容忍”，一貫重視加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動員反興奮劑教育。我們了解，2018年9月4日，國際泳聯(lián)（FINA）授權(quán)的樣本采集機(jī)構(gòu)——國際興奮劑檢查管理公司（IDTM）對孫楊實(shí)施賽外檢查時，使用了未經(jīng)專業(yè)培訓(xùn)、不具備法定資質(zhì)人員采集運(yùn)動員樣本，活動是非法和無效的。

We understand that on September 4, 2018, the International Doping Inspection Management Company (IDTM), a sample collection agency authorized by the International Swimming Federation (FINA), used Sun Yang to conduct out-of-match inspections without professional training and The collection of athlete samples by legally qualified personnel is illegal and invalid.

我們支持孫楊繼續(xù)以法律手段維護(hù)自己的合法權(quán)益。同時希望世界反興奮劑機(jī)構(gòu)、體育組織、興奮劑檢查代理機(jī)構(gòu)改進(jìn)、完善規(guī)則，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行規(guī)則包括興奮劑檢查人員資證要求，不能忽視運(yùn)動員個人合法權(quán)利，不能讓任何人都可以去從事與運(yùn)動員切身利益密切相關(guān)的興奮劑檢查工作。
