Sushi(壽司)
來到日本,就不能不提壽司了。不知小伙伴們注意到沒有,壽司的米是有點酸的,除了配生海鮮,蔬菜,有時甚至會有水果呢,反正水果的我沒吃過,不知道你吃過沒有。
Sushi is a kind of Japanese preparation and serving of speciallyprepared vinegared rice combined with varied ingredients such as seafood (oftenuncooked), vegetables, and occasionally tropical fruits. Sushi can be preparedwith either brown or white rice. It is often prepared with raw seafood, but somevarieties of sushi use cooked ingredients. Sushi is often served with pickledginger(腌姜), wasabi(芥末), and soy sauce.
Tom yum(冬陰功湯)

Tom yum or tom yam is a type of hot and sour Thai soup, usuallycooked with shrimp (prawn). Tom yum have origin in Thailand and has beenpopularized around the world. The words "tom yam" are derived fromtwo Thai words. Tom refers to the boiling process, while yam refers to a Thaispicy and sour salad. Indeed, tom yum is characterized by its distinct hot andsour flavors, with fragrant spices and herbs generously used in the broth. Thebasic broth(肉湯) is made of stock andfresh ingredients such as lemon grass, galangal(高良姜), lime juice,fish sauce, and crushed chili peppers.
Korean barbeque(韓國燒烤)
韓國的烤肉那可是遍布世界各地,口味確實有其獨到之處,但總覺得還是擼串爽一點
Korean barbecue refers to the popular method in Korean cuisineof grilling meat, typically beef, pork, or chicken. Such dishes are oftenprepared on gas or charcoal(木炭) grills builtinto the dining table itself. Some Korean restaurants that do not have built-ingrills provide customers with portable(便攜的)stoves fordiners to use at their tables. Alternatively, a chef uses a centrally displayedgrill to prepare dishes to order.
Indian curry(咖喱)
印度有三寶,開掛歌舞咖喱好。印度最具代表性的食物要屬咖喱了。曾經在國外上學的時候試過連吃一周的咖喱,身上就散發出一種莫名其妙的味道,同學們嘗嘗就好。
Curry is a dish originating in the cuisine of the Indiansubcontinent. The common feature is the use of complex combinations of spicesor herbs, usually including fresh or dried hot chillies. The use of the term isgenerally limited to dishes prepared in a sauce. Curry dishes prepared in thesouthern states of India may be spiced with leaves from the curry tree.
Vietnam noodle soup(越南河粉)
越南河粉在當地可是享譽聲望,湯底考究,各種味道齊聚,喜歡味道足的同學可不要錯過。
